I had a great experience with Pacific Auto Body. My BMW X5 needed extensive repairs after an accident, and they handled everything professionally and with great attention to detail. Nick was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening with the repair. Even after the vehicle was finished, he continued to help me with documentation and provided a detailed repair summary for my insurance claim. I really appreciated the communication and support from Nick and the team. I would definitely recommend Pacific Auto Body, especially for BMW repairs.

Beautiful work. Nick was great to work with and guided us through an insane insurance situation.

Nick & the team at PAB helped me navigate a very stressful experience due to the confusing and terrible service from the insurance company. Thanks to Nick, I was able to have the best parts put back on my car at no extra expense to me, even though the insurance refused to pay for it (and they should have). It was a long process, not due to PAB, but due to the insurance company. PAB helped me to navigate it. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Pacific Auto Body, and especially with Nick Raser, who handled the work on my vehicle. Nick kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated clearly at every step, which made the experience easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond what I expected. Not only was the rear bumper repaired beautifully, but the paint match was absolutely perfect—you would never know there had been damage. They also took the extra step of doing a full interior detail, which was an unexpected and very appreciated touch. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and level of customer service were all outstanding. I highly recommend Pacific Auto Body and Nick Raser. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about taking care of their customers.

TLDR: They honor their work and warranty and will take care of you if there is a workmanship issue. 4 stars because it took 3 tries to get it right. My BMW was unfortunately side swiped by are large truck in May weaving traffic claiming to not have seen me. The whole ordeal, from insurance to body shop, took about 3.5 months. Unfortunately, workmanship and attention to detail issues arose when i went to inspect the car. Found that multiple areas were under buffed and had contamination in the paint. Black plastic trims were also severely scratched. The body lines were also blocked incorrectly causing rounding where lines should be crisp. I would preface that white cars are especially difficult to work on as scratches and contours are hard to see. Their response to my complaint was outstanding. They immediate owned up to the issues and went back to work. They also brought me along in the process so that they could get my opinion on things before they moved forward. Replaced all the black plastic trim. I finally picked up my care in mid august in what I would describe as pre-accident condition. I would recommend that you go get your car fixed here. We all make mistakes and delays can happen. What is different about Pacific is that they stand by their work and their technicians. It would be 5 stars if the team got it right the first time. At the end, it all worked out. I would use this shop again if I ever need work done.

Pacific Auto Body provided impeccable service on my 2019 Tesla Model 3, the care, quality, and final handling of work done on my vehicle was fantastic. It is really frustrating when your property & independent transportation is out of your hands, but when I saw the few negative comments regarding length/duration of the vehicle's time in the shop, I wanted to chime in. Pacific Auto really cares to deliver clear updates to their clients, and never hesitated answering the phone for "Oop I have one more question" ((especially Carlos)). I was in a vehicle accident where the other driver was quickly declared at fault, Carlos remained a strong professional voice for me & continued to make me feel advocated for while dealing with the inevitable push-back from this woman's Insurance. You have to understand that claim repairs are literally a game of chess these adjusters are playing and you unfortunately have to stick that out wherever you choose to have your repairs done. Thank you so much to the whole team, everyone who was involved in getting my car fixed as timely as possible. At the end of the day these guys are on your side and strive to get the best work done possible and I am their biggest fan. 10,000 more stars from me if possible. (Just to make myself clear once again shouting out Carlos my g.o.a.t.).

Avoid this shop for Tesla repairs. Save yourself the headache and go directly to an authorized Tesla Collision Center. After dropping off my vehicle, I was told repairs would take a couple weeks. What I wasn't told was that much of the delay would come from ongoing disputes with the insurance company over the shop's outrageous labor repair estimates ($18k for rear bumper scratches / trunk lid dent). Instead of repairing the vehicle, it sat untouched for months while negotiations dragged on with no communication. Be prepared to call in yourself weekly for any sort of progress, if you don't ask they'll just let your car sit there (not to mention they sound annoyed when you ask for an update). Meanwhile, my 1-month rental coverage continued to dwindle. By the time the repairs actually started, I had no choice but to pay for a rental car out of pocket or go car-less for weeks. The actual repair work may be fine, but the process, delays, and lack of transparency made for an extremely frustrating experience.

‼️Before decide to send your “Tesla” with this shop. This has been most painfully excruciating complicated process of fixing yet experienced. (I worked with Tesla collision 2 years back and another auto shop on a separate repair last year and first time this happened) My car was a Tesla model 3 so I can’t speak for other cars, I sent in Feb 17th for a side dent and it took 2 full months and weekly calls from me to eventually get it back in April 14th two month later. This shop has to go back and forth 3-4 times with car insurance company of mine because not able to agree on an exact estimate of fixing in the first and second rounds. The shop was not able to provide accurate timeline nor cost estimates. I was told the explanation that they cannot foreseen the cost ahead of time, If I can use the metaphor of a pastry maker saying they cannot foreseen how much yeast to add to the cake to create a rise, and have to open the oven 4 times in the baking process cause the cake will be keep changing shape for them to track… either way it proves a lack of logic if no accurate estimates can be given. When confronted and asked about the lack of updates to the customer (I would assume giving client an update every 2 weeks is a reasonable ask) I was told they have large case loads and don’t have time to do that. Thus I wonder the capacity or the understaffed situation at the store in providing good customer services. It is in general impossible to know what’s going on and which step of the process is at, it felt like pulling teeth to get an update at times and you just have to keep calling them all the time. Even with that, I was not given a close to accurate estimate on timeline which is something reasonable to ask after car being stagnated for 40+ days. I was told it was cause by insurance dispute with insurance company. I wonder why it is happening so much for this shop. Reading other reviews I m not the only one feeling frustrated on this issue. And I regret not taking those reviews and reading it seriously before I sent my car in. The 2 month for a dent in the picture as shown is beyond reasonable. The car rental would have sky rocketed out of pocket except I chose a month of inconvenience of commute with public transit which becomes a waste of time too. A lesson learned. I would not come back or send my car here in future repairs given the hassle and lack of accurate communication.

Pacific Auto Body came highly recommended to me by Mercedes of Seattle Service department. They specialize in Mercedes, BMW and Tesla auto repairs. They will work with you through insurance or out of pocket. They were quickly able to get my part ordered, and my car scheduled for repairs. My turn around time was just over 2 weeks. Their mechanics flawlessly repaired my car. Johanna was easy to work with, had timely communication and set realistic time and service expectations.
